1. The maximum bonus amount permitted per player or account is $100.
2. Only new customers that open an account with Guts and make a first deposit can receive the bonus.
3. This Bonus is only available for customers from Canada and New Zealand.
4. To claim the welcome bonus or any deposit bonus the player must enter the promotion code in the appropriate field prior to making a successful deposit. For example, to claim the 100% welcome bonus, CA100 must be entered into the promotion code field. CA100 can only be claimed on the first deposit.
5. Both the qualifying deposit and the bonus money will be considered as bonus funds up until the wagering requirements are fulfilled.
6. The bonus + deposit must be wagered a minimum of 5 times on any Sportsbook bet (Including Livebetting) with an odds of 1.5 or higher before you can withdraw or play with these money on other products than Sportsbook.
7. Example: If you deposit $100 and get the full bonus you receive $100 in bonus and have in total $200 to bet for in Sportsbook. You need to wager this 5 times (5 x $200 = $1000) to odds 1.5 or more before you can make a withdrawal or play in other products.
8. Players can monitor their current remaining wagering requirement(s) by going to My Account -> Bonuses -> Sports.
9. All bets placed with bonus funds must be settled/resulted before they will be converted to withdrawable money. Additional bets placed after the wagering requirements has been completed but still while having previously bonus bets open, will be considered as bonus bets which also will be locked until all open bets has been settled/resulted.
10. Wagering in the Casino will not contribute towards wagering requirements.
11. A minimum deposit of $20 is required to claim any deposit or reload bonus.
12. All bonuses are limited to one per person, per household/IP unless otherwise specified.
13. The bonus will expire after 30 days of not fully wagering the bonus (only settled bets counts).
14. The following betting types and markets are excluded when bets are placed with bonus funds: Outrights (Winner) and Horse Racing.
15. Please allow up to 5 minutes for the bonus to be automatically credited. If your bonus is not triggered automatically after your qualifying deposit, please contact [email protected] before you start placing any bets and we will automatically credit the bonus to you.
16. Any bonus can be removed prior to the wagering conditions being met but you will then lose all bonus funds + any potential winnings from bonus funds. Please contact Guts support if you want to forfeit a bonus.
17. Bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the bonus.
18. It’s only possible to have one active Sportsbook bonus at the same time. If you have received several Sportsbook bonuses you must fulfill the wagering requirements for the first bonus before you can claim the next bonus.
19. Bets placed on more than one outcome per game to fulfill the wagering requirements is not permitted.
20. Guts.com management reserve the right to void any bonuses and/or winnings obtained by fraudulent behaviour.
21. In the event of any dispute, Guts management´s decision will be considered full and final.
